Nondestructive testing, which is also called industrial "CT" is an advanced nondestructive testing technology. It directly, accurately and clearly presents the internal structure, material composition, defect conditions of the component etc. in the form of image. The industrial CT is internationally called the best nondestructive testing method.
The nondestructive testing system of the industrial CT of the CD series is a mature product with standardization, modularization and series through the industrial conversion based on our research and development achievements of the industrial CT technology for 25 years. Its radial energy coverage is 80kV-15MeV, forming the complete series of products, including nanometer CT, micro-focus CT, low energy CT, accelerator CT and so on.
The Company makes a breakthrough in the core technology of the industrial CT, masters and breaks through the core technologies and complete technologies such as high-performance probing technique, data correction technique, high-speed and high-precision CT image reconstruction technique, high-precision and quantitative CT measurement technique, reversal design technique of the industrial CT, automatic defect identification technology and so on, has more than 200 proprietary technologies and more than 40 patented technologies, makes more than 10 national standards and wins the second prize of the national scientific and technological progress. The overall technology of the nondestructive testing system of the industrial CT of the CD series "reaches the internationally advanced level and the spatial resolution and dimensional measurement accuracy indexes reach the internationally leading level".

1. It can be applied to the spaceflight, aviation, military affairs, metallurgy, machinery, oil, power, geology, archaeology and so on.

2. The testing objects include the guided missile, rocket engine, military seal assembly, nuclear waste, petroleum rock core, computer chip, prevision casting and forge piece, auto tire, ceramic, composite, customs narcotics, archaeological fossil and so on.

1. Spaceflight field: propellant testing of the solid engine, material testing and structure testing such as casting, weld joint and so on
2. Aviation field: Turbine blade thickness measurement, testing of the casting such as power brake etc. compliance testing and composite testing
3. Weapon field: ammunition defect and density measurement
4. Petroleum field: petroleum equipment testing, testing and statistics of the petroleum rock core
5. Railway department: key positions at the railway station, operating components of the super-train, key positions of the rail
6. Nuke industry field: nuclear rod and jacketing testing and large valve testing
7. Auto field: auto engine and axle testing
